Senior Pricing Analyst

A well‑established and growing organization is seeking an experienced  Pricing Analyst  to join its team. This position plays a key role in supporting pricing strategy, profitability initiatives, and business performance through data analysis and strategic recommendations.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively across multiple departments to develop insights, improve pricing processes, and support initiatives that drive sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Support the development, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of pricing strategies and profitability initiatives.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve pricing processes and support business objectives.

Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that provide meaningful business insights and support decision‑making.

Analyze pricing trends, market conditions, and internal performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.

Recommend pricing and process enhancements based on quantitative and qualitative analysis.

Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular reporting to leadership.

Support business units by providing pricing analysis and strategic recommendations.

Ensure pricing activities comply with internal policies, procedures, and applicable requirements.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying efficiencies and implementing best practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Finance, Mathematics, Operations Research, or a related field. A Master's degree is considered an asset.

Minimum five (5) years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, business analytics, or a related analytical role.

Demonstrated experience leading process improvement and data‑driven business initiatives.

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate actionable insights.

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel; experience with business intelligence and reporting tools is an asset.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Proven ability to build collaborative relationships across teams and influence business decisions.
