Drive impactful labour relations initiatives with Extendicare as a Grievance and Bargaining Analyst in Markham, Ontario. This hybrid role focuses on analytical support for collective bargaining and grievance administration processes.

You will work under the Senior Manager for Labour and Employee Relations, leading analytical services for bargaining and grievance resolutions. This position also encompasses market analysis and collaboration with key departments to ensure proper funding for agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Automate grievance data capture processes

• Prepare and analyze costing scenarios for negotiations

• Research trends and benchmarks within the market

• Contrast legal findings with collective agreements

• Engage with Payroll and Finance to resolve disputes

Requirements:

• Education in Labour Relations or relevant experience

• Excellent analytical and mathematical abilities

• Demonstrated experience with cost analysis

• Familiarity with Labour Law and policy implications

• Advanced skills in software like Excel and Word
