Our client is seeking a Client Service Associate to become a key member of their growing advisory team. What You'll Do
As a trusted member of the team, you'll play an integral role in supporting advisors and ensuring clients receive an exceptional experience every step of the way.
Wealth Management Operations
Prepare client meeting packages and all required documentation accurately and efficiently.
Process financial transactions and maintain thorough records.
Monitor and follow up on trades to ensure timely completion and resolution of any outstanding items.
Client Relationship Management (CRM)
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within the CRM.
Manage automated workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
Support data integrity and leverage CRM tools to enhance the client experience.
Insurance Administration
Service existing insurance policies and respond to client inquiries.
Coordinate with insurance carriers regarding policy updates and client requests.
Assist with policy changes, renewals, and claims administration.
Prepare reports, financial summaries, and documentation for client meetings.
Draft client correspondence on behalf of advisors.
Coordinate meeting schedules and ensure appointments run seamlessly.
Office & Administrative Operations
Maintain organized digital and physical client files.
Assist with expense reporting, vendor coordination, and office administration.
Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
What You Bring
We're looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing exceptional client service.
Required Qualifications
3+ years of administrative experience within the wealth management industry (mutual fund administration experience preferred).
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft 365.
Experience with the Univeris platform.
A self-starter who can manage priorities independently while working collaboratively with the team.
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree or college diploma.
Insurance administration experience.
Experience using Maximizer CRM .
