Operations Leader for Aftersales Repair

Join GE Vernova as the Operations Leader – Repairs, driving performance in aftersales operations to elevate customer experience and product excellence. This position is vital for optimizing global operations.

In this role, you will lead the Repairs team to meet Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) goals while collaborating cross-functionally. You will execute strategies that ensure operational efficiency and resource alignment, ensuring a direct influence on customer satisfaction and quality outcomes for Grid Automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead the Repairs team to improve performance

• Own repair operations strategy and escalation processes

• Forecast capacity and manage resource allocation

• Support a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

• Ensure compliance in after-sales quality management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical/electronic engineering

• 5 years in Operations and Supply Chain

• 5 years in Lean implementation experience

• SAP/Oracle proficiency or similar ERP tools

• Excellent communication and analytical skills
