As part of the Product & Marketing team, you will manage the entire lifecycle of HVAC products including Furnaces, Air Conditioners, and Heat Pumps.
Your role will involve collaborating with various departments, leveraging insights to develop strategies that improve customer retention and engagement. Your analytical thinking and business acumen will contribute significantly to our competitive edge.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute product strategies across HVAC offerings
• Manage lifecycle from introduction to retirement
• Analyze market and business performance
• Prepare business cases and pricing strategies
• Conduct competitor analysis to inform decisions
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering
• 5+ years in Product Management or related experience
• Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities
• Expertise in Excel;
Power BI knowledge a plus
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
