As a Portfolio Analyst, you will facilitate the enterprise intake process while ensuring accurate portfolio information to enhance prioritization and governance. This role involves maintaining the enterprise roadmap, supporting collaborative initiatives, and driving continuous improvements in portfolio management tools and protocols. Connect with cross-functional teams to track dependencies and mitigate risks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage centralized intake process for initiative requests
• Maintain accuracy in enterprise transformation roadmaps
• Document decisions and actions in governance forums
• Improve portfolio processes based on user feedback
• Oversee quality standards for portfolio data
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, or similar
• 3-5 years experience in transformation or PMO
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and portfolio tools
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Comfortable in complex environments and navigating ambiguity
