Join Enercare as a Workforce Analyst and leverage AI-driven insights to refine workforce planning strategies. This full-time role is based in Niagara/Markham and plays a vital role in our Home Services contact center.

You will focus on staffing models, call volume forecasts, and data analysis to enhance overall customer experience. Candidates should have a strong analytical spine, hands-on experience with AI tools, and an advanced grasp of Excel to effectively partner in our mission of high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize AI for improving call volume forecasts and staffing plans

• Monitor and analyze data trends for operational risks

• Build forecasting models and reporting dashboards

• Collaborate with Operations to refine forecasting processes

• Evaluate and optimize forecasting assumptions regularly

Requirements:

• 4–7+ years in Workforce Analytics, forecasting, or contact centers

• Proficient in AI-assisted analytics and predictive tools

• Strong Excel skills for modeling and reporting

• Familiar with contact center metrics and data interpretation

• Proven track record in deriving actionable insights from data
