You will assist the Store Development team in coordinating multiple construction projects, maintain vital documentation, and ensure effective communication with stakeholders. Critical organizational and financial skills are necessary as you contribute to efficiency during project execution and address evolving operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Cooperate on store construction and capital initiatives
• Support documentation and reporting for projects
• Maintain accurate and complete project files
• Assist with vendor invoice management and payments
• Manage budget trackers and cost reporting
Requirements:
• Preferably post-secondary education related to construction management
• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Strong financial tracking and invoice processing skills
• Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
• Experience in multi-site project coordination is an asset
