Position: CORA M&A Business Development Role
Join CORA - Jonas Software as a Business Development Associate in Markham, ON, with hybrid flexibility. This key role focuses on sourcing, nurturing, and managing acquisition opportunities.

As part of the M&A deal origination team, you will engage with decision-makers and utilize your strategic skills to evaluate promising software verticals. This position will enable you to collaborate with senior leadership and contribute significantly to CORA's growth through acquisitions, requiring strong analytical and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify acquisition targets through research

• Engage with CEOs and decision-makers effectively

• Track acquisition pipeline using Salesforce

• Collaborate with M&A leadership on sourcing plans

• Gather insights at industry events for strategic growth

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or finance

• 2+ years of relevant experience in software sales

• Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office

• Experience with CRM platforms is a plus

• Interest in AI tools for process improvement
