Business Analyst Workday Learning & Talent

As part of SE Health’s enterprise transformation project, you will utilize your expertise in Workday to enhance HR functions. This 9-12 month contract position involves documenting business needs, designing processes, and driving user adoption through effective training and communication.

Your role will be pivotal in ensuring smooth project execution and alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Document business requirements for Learning and Talent modules

• Collaborate with stakeholders to design optimal workflows

• Facilitate requirement workshops and process mapping sessions

• Support testing and defect management for Learning & Talent

• Develop training materials and user guides for stakeholders

Requirements:

• 3-5+ years Workday Business Analyst experience

• Background in HCM implementations and optimization projects

• Strong process design and requirements gathering skills

• Effective training material creation and delivery experience

• Excellent communication and facilitation abilities
