Intern​/Co-Op

• Contribute to the refinement of the Business Banking Operations Strategy and ongoing monitoring activities
• Support delivery of strategy enablers required to mature Business Banking Operations
• Work with Business Banking Operations leaders to establish and update team overview homepages
• Participate in process improvement conversations to discover and socialize optimization enhancements to existing processes and tools
• Contribute to continuous improvement through timely feedback, knowledge sharing and collaboration with team members
• Contribute to a fair, positive and equitable environment supporting a diverse workforce

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Analytics, Data, Business/Commerce or related field
• Must be enrolled in an undergraduate degree with the intent of going back to school at the start of your work term
• Solid interpersonal, communication, presentation and facilitation skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines and priorities
• Ability to negotiate, influence and collaborate to build successful relationships
• Ability to effectively work in teams with multiple stakeholders and to influence and align others
• Excellent analytical skills in assessing risk, issues and challenging the status quo
• Understanding and ability to apply the principles of the Scaled Agile project methodology would be an asset
• Understanding of Lean Six Sigma and process optimization fundamentals would be an asset
• Must be available for a 4 month work term (January 4th, 2027 - April 23rd, 2027)

• Must reside in Canada
