Sienna is seeking an Office Management Business Partner to become a subject matter expert in the Retirement division. In this pivotal role, you will support Office Managers with payroll, accounts, scheduling, and documentation. Your leadership will enhance standards and resources, contributing to high-quality management across facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as SME on resident accounts, payroll, and scheduling

• Identify and resolve systemic issues across retirement sites

• Maintain an evolving library of operational guides and templates

• Design and conduct training for Office Managers

• Travel for audits and onboarding sessions as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar

• 5+ years in office management or senior care administration

• Knowledge of Ultipro, Yardi, or similar systems

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Excellent relationship-building and organizational skills
