Position: Umicore Sales and Refining Coordinator
Elevate customer experience as a Sales and Refining Coordinator us on refining lot management and client communication within a global materials and technology leader.

This role involves coordinating and managing refining lots, training staff, and resolving customer inquiries. You’ll be responsible for preparing customs documentation and ensuring accurate settlements. Engage in proactive outreach to maintain strong customer relationships and provide detailed technical explanations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee refining lot settlements and customer interactions

• Communicate refining technical details and pricing structures

• Train staff on refining documentation and procedures

• Process customs documentation for domestic and international shipments

• Resolve customer complaints regarding assay results

Requirements:

• Business administration, marketing diploma, or equivalent

• Strong verbal and written English communication

• Advanced skills in SAP, Microsoft Office, and data analytics

• High attention to detail and efficiency

• Preferred prior experience in jewellery or precious metals
