TFS currently has an exciting full-time permanent position as the Toyota and Lexus Brand Manager , reporting to the National Manager, Sales and Marketing in the Dealer Services Department. The successful candidate establishes a strong working relationship with TCI’s sales, marketing, and executive teams, communicates results effectively, promotes new initiatives, and overseas the administration of their monthly incentive programs. The role takes a data driven approach to recommending solutions to increase TFS sales and penetration as it relates to the Toyota and Lexus Brands.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead and manage the relationship with TCI. Build strong relationships, ensuring effective communication and excellent distributor satisfaction.
  • Drive the analysis of insights from TCI program data and recommend solutions to increase sales and market penetration.
  • Manage TFS’ month-end programs, including overseeing the publishing of program materials (Rates / LEV’s / Loyalty Offers.)
  • Manage the relationship with distributor partners (Toyota & Lexus) as it relates to monthly programs, loyalty offers, accessories, data analytics and month end reporting.
  • Oversee TFS’ digital/web related content inclusive of investigating the source of web related issues and once identified, providing solutions for implementation.
  • Manage & publish all corporate communications related to TCI dealer bulletins and communications.
  • Prepare communications and present to TCI executive teams at quarterly and ad-hoc meetings.
  • Prepare Regional and National Dealer Advisory Board presentations, speeches and participate in TCI National Dealer Meetings.
  • Oversee the TFS Lease Renewal Program and participate in the Lease Renewal Committee.
  • Administer the Lease End Letter program and Customer Retention Tool, working with the vendor to develop enhancements to support the Lease Renewal Program.
  • Manage, engage, and develop team members and future leaders.
  • Support head office projects and initiatives as required.

What You’ll Bring:

  • University degree in a business-related field
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather insights from data and recommend solutions.
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in the automotive industry. Automotive financing/captive finance experience is preferred.
  • Understanding of automotive finance business and dealership financial services and products and operations.
  • Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to adapt and work with all levels of the organization and external partners.
  • Proven high-level skills in negotiation, consultation, and facilitation, along with effective written and oral communication abilities suited for a complex stakeholder environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to engage and develop team members.
  • Proactive and innovative with a strong sense of ownership and perseverance to overcome challenges.
  • Strong software skills, including Excel and PowerPoint.
