Enercare Program Coordinator - Women in Trades

In this fixed-term, full-time position, you’ll support the Women in Trades Committee in managing operational aspects and coordinating educational initiatives.
Your role includes building relationships with diverse stakeholders and ensuring program effectiveness through strategic reporting and participant feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee Women in Trades program planning and execution
• Act as liaison for program inquiries and participant support
• Create reports and program communications
• Handle logistics for training delivery and events
• Maintain effective relationships with partners and organizations
Requirements:
• College/University degree in business or related area
• At least 2 years in program or event coordination
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Strong organizational skills and interpersonal abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
