Manager of Product Lifecycle & Demand

As the Manager of Product Lifecycle & Demand, you will enhance product governance for strategic markets such as Public Transit. Oversee product lifecycle management and ensure demand alignment in a hybrid work setting.

This role requires 5+ years of experience in Demand Planning or Product Management. You will act as a liaison among Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain, ensuring effective communication and visibility into order statuses and delivery commitments. Use your analytical skills to drive process improvements and enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage product master data for accuracy and compliance

• Lead product assortment reviews for strategic alignment

• Track customer order backlogs and manage delivery risks

• Coordinate cross-functional discussions on inventory and supply

• Create dashboards for monitoring product performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

• 5+ years in product management or demand coordination

• Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP

• Strong analytical and collaborative skills

• Experience in manufacturing or B2B sectors
