Become an integral part of the Fat Bastard Burrito team as an Operations Trainer. Engage in delivering comprehensive training across the restaurant system focused on food safety and operational excellence.
As a Trainer, you will collaborate with various levels of the organization—from district managers to franchisees—to enhance performance through effective coaching and development initiatives.
Your role will include the facilitation of training programs and support for new store openings, ensuring that all teams execute operational standards consistently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct training sessions for restaurant operations and food safety
• Create coaching plans based on operational metrics
• Lead workshops for leadership and staff development
• Assist with all phases of new store openings
• Provide operational support during the post-opening phase
Requirements:
• 3–5 years in restaurant operations or training
• Strong ability to engage with diverse teams
• Demonstrated coaching experience in a multi-unit setting
• Proficient in necessary technologies and software
• Must possess a valid driver's license and be willing to travel
