Director of Workflow Reengineering

Position: Director of Workflow Reengineering at SE Health
Elevate efficiencies as the Director of Workflow Reengineering with SE Health. Lead enterprise redesign and continuous improvement initiatives at the Process Improvement Centre of Excellence.

This strategic leadership role, reporting to the Vice President of Workforce Reengineering, is key to enhancing workflows across functions and services. You will conduct end-to-end analysis, redesign processes, and collaborate across teams to optimize tasks and improve employee experiences. Your expertise will guide enterprise methodologies and serve as a benchmark for continuous improvement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end workflow redesign initiatives

• Conduct detailed process mapping and analysis

• Establish performance measures for redesigned workflows

• Develop enterprise-wide methods and tools

• Manage workflows and align with strategic objectives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required

• 5+ years in process improvement leadership

• Master Blackbelt in LEAN preferred

• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills

• Experience in AI-enabled workflow design
