Collision Centre Repair Planner

Take on a pivotal role as a Repair Planner at Excellence Auto Collision Heritage, located in Markham, ON. This full-time position focuses on damage assessment and repair cost estimation.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include evaluating vehicles for damage, writing comprehensive OEM estimates, and serving as the point of contact for clients during the repair process. A commitment to quality control is essential as you ensure all repairs meet customer and insurance standards. This role involves close collaboration with various stakeholders to keep the repair process transparent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate vehicles to determine the extent of damage

• Write estimates for OEM-compliant repairs

• Conduct quality checks throughout repair processes

• Set and communicate processing expectations for customers

• Ensure compliance with corporate and legislative standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in collision estimating

• Ability to interact with senior leadership

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Proficiency in MS Office and standard software

• Must possess valid driver's license and safe driving history
