Position: Senior Office Management Partner Role
Enhance operational excellence at Sienna as an Office Management Business Partner in Markham, Ontario. This full-time, on-site role focuses on your expertise in payroll, billing, and training office managers within the retirement sector.

As the Office Management Business Partner, you will support Office Managers across Sienna’s Retirement division.

Your role includes maintaining high standards, providing on-site training, and acting as the key resource for issues from payroll to resident records. Collaboration with HR and IT teams is essential to streamline operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support resident accounts and payroll administration

• Identify recurring issues and propose durable solutions

• Update standard documentation and compliance policies

• Create training programs for Office Managers

• Conduct audits and direct onboarding for new hires

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience

• Minimum 5 years in office management or similar roles

• Experience in the senior care sector management

• Ability to travel for site activities

• Strong analytical, organizational, and relationship skills
