A renowned dance studio in Markham is seeking experienced Contemporary and Lyrical Dance Teachers to train advanced and pre-professional dancers for major national and international competitions.
About the Studio:The studio is recognized for elite training, innovative choreography, and consistent success at top competitions. Led by industry experts, the professional faculty works within a collaborative environment that supports continued artistic and pedagogical growth while guiding dancers toward excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Teach contemporary and lyrical technique to upper-level students
- Create innovative, high-level choreography for solos and group works
- Mentor dancers in artistry, musicality, stage presence, and professional standards
- Proven success coaching dancers to top placements at major competitions
- Strong technical foundation in contemporary, lyrical, ballet, and jazz
- Exceptional choreographic vision, musicality, and communication skills
