The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership and play a key role in supporting business performance and financial decision‑making.

• Support the preparation and analysis of monthly and quarterly financial reporting
• Partner with leadership to deliver insightful financial analysis, operational reporting, and key business metrics
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic planning initiatives
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives focused on reporting efficiency, internal controls, and month‑end procedures
• Participate in special projects, ad‑hoc financial analysis, and cross‑functional initiatives as needed
• Support accounting activities related to acquisitions, asset reviews, and financial modeling

• 2+ years of experience in public accounting, audit, or corporate finance/accounting
• CPA designation or progress toward completion is considered an asset
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities with attention to detail
• Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with financial systems
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment while managing multiple priorities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset
• Experience with Yardi is considered an asset
