Property Accountant

Our client is a growing real estate organization seeking a Property Accountant to join their collaborative finance team. • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting for a portfolio of commercial properties
• Perform variance analysis and provide insights on property performance, operating results, and budgeting trends
• Assist with annual budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning across multiple properties
• Support lease and revenue analysis to ensure accuracy in rent schedules and related reporting
• Partner closely with internal teams including property management, leasing, and finance to support operational and financial initiatives
• Assist with audit requests, financial reconciliations, and process improvement initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• 1+ years of experience in property accounting or real estate accounting preferred
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Advanced Excel capabilities and comfort working with financial systems
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
• Self-motivated individual who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
