As an Intermediate Financial Analyst, you will provide critical support across multiple business units, handling complex transactions, reconciliations, and reports. Your expertise will guide monthly financial reporting, client invoicing, and audit preparation. This role requires a keen eye for identifying process enhancements following GAAP.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive transactional accounting support

• Prepare monthly reconciliations and reports for audits

• Generate client invoices accurately each month

• Analyze discrepancies and recommend process improvements

• Enter data into accounting systems and maintain records

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of relevant job experience in finance

• College Diploma or equivalent training (e.g., RPA, CET)

• Proficiency in current accounting systems and MS Office suite

• Ability to articulate accounting principles to others

• Ongoing progress in an accounting designation program (CGA, CMA)
