As an Account Administrator, you will contribute to the financial services sector, collaborating with operations, tax, and administration teams. You'll be integral in administering clients' registered plans, ensuring accuracy while managing high volumes of contributions and withdrawals. This position suits candidates with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to supporting clients’ long-term financial wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process contributions, withdrawals, and transfers for registered plans
• Manage RRSP to RRIF conversions and ensure regulatory compliance
• Resolve Low Units and NSF payment issues promptly
• Support investment selection and maintain accurate client records
• Handle high-volume inbox requests efficiently
Requirements:
• 2+ years in Canadian registered investment administration
• Strong knowledge of CRA rules for registered plans
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Experience with Dataphile or similar platforms is preferred
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
