As a Budget Analyst, you will oversee the reconciliation and analysis of various budgets, including warranty and operational expenses totaling $25M. Close collaboration with Finance, Purchasing, and external suppliers is essential to ensure compliance and effective budget tracking. Your attention to detail will be key in managing daily vendor requisitions and contributing to accurate forecasting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage annual budget approvals for multiple financial categories
• Reconcile service and parts production budgets accurately
• Collaborate with financial teams for monthly forecasts
• Process and approve vendor invoices in PSAP
• Present budget summaries at executive meetings
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
• Strong financial and accounting background
• Excellent attention to detail and coordination skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office tools
• Ability to interpret legal documents and agreements
