North America Financial Operations Manager

Lead financial operations as a North America Financial Operations Manager. Ensure accounting compliance, optimize reporting accuracy, and foster collaboration across global teams. You will provide strategic oversight for Record to Report (RTR) processes, ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, and minimize compliance risks. Partner with diverse stakeholders to implement best practices and navigate change management effectively.

• Supervise execution of RTR accounting processes
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly and year-end close
• Review outsourced shared services journal entries
• Maintain compliance with accounting standards
• Support audit readiness with comprehensive documentation

• 10+ years in finance or accounting operations
• Robust background in ERP systems, especially SAP
• Proven ability in change management and problem-solving
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance required
