Financial Analyst in Hybrid Environment

In this full-time position reporting to the Senior Manager of Finance, you'll support accounting activities, month-end close processes, and compliance requirements. Ideal candidates will showcase a commitment to critical thinking and possess exceptional attention to detail. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders while driving finance process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage general ledger accounts and prepare financial reports

• Own month-end close for balance sheet and P&L accounts

• Reconcile complex accounts and prepare variance analysis

• Collaborate with stakeholders on budgeting and forecasting

• Assist with compliance documentation and auditor requests

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

• 1-2 years of relevant experience

• Advanced Excel skills

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Actively working towards CPA designation
