Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review quarterly and annual financial statements

• Mentor a team of finance professionals, including new CPAs

• Ensure accurate consolidation of financial data post-acquisition

• Facilitate transition from ASPE to IFRS standards

• Partner with external auditors to ensure compliance

Requirements:

• CPA designation with at least two years in leadership
