Position: Finance Administration Clerk at Children Believe
Drive impact at Children Believe as a Finance and Administration Clerk in a full-time, in-office role. Support finance operations through accounts payable and efficient office administration.

The Finance and Administration Clerk will report to the Manager of Finance and contribute significantly to the Finance team's success. This role demands organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in technology to ensure smooth operations. Collaboration across teams and a commitment to service excellence are key in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process vendor invoices and expenditures efficiently

• Manage employee expense claims and travel advance reports

• Oversee day-to-day office operations and supplies

• Provide executive support to the CFO, including scheduling

• Assist in reconciling accounts payable and credit card reports

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in a similar role

• Knowledge of accounting principles and accounts payable

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Intermediate computer proficiency in Excel and Share Point

• Willingness to work flexibly and complete required training
