As a Tax Manager, you will work closely with Tax Partners on compliance, provisions, and advisory engagements. This role requires a proactive leader committed to delivering high-quality tax work while developing your team’s expertise. You'll engage with individual and corporate tax returns, ensuring accuracy and providing exceptional service to varied clients in different industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead tax compliance and advisory engagements for clients

• Review and analyze individual and corporate tax returns

• Train and mentor junior tax team members actively

• Investigate discrepancies in financial documents and reports

• Develop new ideas to enhance tax work processes

Requirements:

• CPA designation or equivalent with 3 years of public accounting

• Completion of the In-Depth Tax Program or similar

• Strong knowledge of Canadian Income Tax Act

• Excellent communication and analytical skills

• Proficiency in Case Ware and Microsoft Office
