Accounting Leadership Position

Position: Enercare Accounting Leadership Position
Become the Accounting Manager for Enercare in Markham, overseeing financial operations including month-end closes and team leadership. Focus on accuracy and process enhancement.

In this full-time Manager role, you will ensure financial completeness for the Enercare West business unit. Key responsibilities include leading month-end close activities, maintaining balance sheet integrity, and implementing improvements in financial processes. A strong focus on accuracy and leadership is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete month-end closing cycle

• Guarantee rigorous balance sheet reconciliation and support

• Enhance financial processes within SAP and Service Titan

• Improve data flows, minimizing manual adjustments

• Lead and develop a small accounting team effectively

Requirements:

• University degree in Accounting, Finance with CPA

• 4-7 years of relevant financial background

• Experience at a Big 4 firm preferred

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Excellent organizational and communication capabilities
