In this hands-on position, you will report directly to the VP of Finance and supervise a team of 2-3 accounting staff. You will oversee daily operations, revenue reconciliations, and ensure adherence to CRA regulations. Your detailed financial statements and management reports will support strategic business decisions and performance growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct daily accounting tasks and staff mentorship

• Conduct revenue reconciliations and manage accounts receivable

• Prepare financial statements and lead month-end closes

• Ensure CRA compliance and assist with audits

• Provide financial insights in partnership with other departments

Requirements:

• CPA designation preferred or in progress

• Over 6 years of accounting experience with senior-level skills

• Expertise in full-cycle accounting and financial reporting

• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills

• Proven ability to excel in fast-paced settings
