As a Tax Strategy and Compliance Manager, you'll oversee multiple tax engagements, providing your industry knowledge and leadership to ensure compliance solutions meet client expectations. With 4 to 5 years in public accounting or tax consulting, this role allows you to evaluate business policies while advising on effective tax strategies. You'll also mentor staff, ensuring both growth and excellence within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee client engagement teams managing tax projects

• Prepare necessary forms for corporate reorganizations

• Advise clients on tax policy changes and strategies

• Manage financial aspects of projects and client portfolios

• Network within the business community for development opportunities

Requirements:

• In-depth Tax Program Level 1 completion

• 4 to 5 years of public accounting experience

• Strong knowledge of Canadian tax systems

• Proven expertise in relationship management

• Flexibility to travel as required
