Finance Executive - Hybrid

Position: Finance Executive at Sitero - Hybrid
Shape Sitero's global financial strategy as the Vice President, Finance in a hybrid role based in Mississauga, Ontario. This critical role focuses on long-term value creation and operational scalability.

As a strategic partner for Sitero's executive team, the Vice President, Finance will oversee enterprise-wide financial planning and optimize resource allocation. Bringing a data-driven perspective, you will support decision-making across clinical services, eClinical products, and AI capabilities while ensuring financial rigor in project delivery and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as advisor to CEO, President, and CTO

• Lead financial planning, including budgeting and forecasting

• Drive financial visibility across project delivery

• Establish governance around global workforce planning

• Provide executive-level financial insights for decision-making

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Finance or related field; CPA/MBA preferred

• 15+ years in finance leadership, global experience required

• Proven track record in M&A support and integration

• Strong analytical skills for financial data insights

• Experience in life sciences preferred
