This role reports to the Finance Manager and requires 3‑5 years in operations finance or accounting. You will utilize critical thinking and attention to detail, preparing management reports, supporting annual budgets, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Collaborate closely with Finance Business Partners to generate insights that aid in data‑driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Support annual budgeting and forecasting processes
- Prepare and deliver management reporting packages
- Partner with operational teams for financial insights
- Ensure timely submission of regulatory reports
- Drive process improvements and efficiencies
- Bachelor’s in Business Administration or Accounting
- 3‑5 years in finance or accounting roles
- CPA certification required
- Advanced Excel and analytical skills
- Accounting experience with large‑scale reporting systems
