Lead the finance team to drive strategic growth as the Director of Finance for a partner company based in Canada. This fully remote role focuses on financial leadership, compliance, and process optimization.
As the Director of Finance, you will oversee finance function execution, partnering with executive leadership to enhance financial performance. Your work will involve building scalable systems and ensuring accurate financial reporting while fostering accountability and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in financial reporting
• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
• Manage relationships with auditors and tax authorities
• Provide financial insights for executive decision-making
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
Requirements:
• CPA designation required, with knowledge of Canadian standards
• 10+ years of finance experience; 5+ in leadership
• Proven team-building and management skills
• Strong expertise in financial reporting and analysis
• Experience in technology-driven environments preferred
