Position: Pricing Analyst
Location: Markham (Hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 days remote)
Salary: $35-$40/hour
Job Type: 1-year contract with potential for extension

Our client, a leading organization in the pharmaceutical industry, is seeking a Pricing Analyst to support commercial pricing operations, customer pricing activities, and revenue optimization initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with hands‑on experience managing pricing processes, supporting commercial teams, and ensuring accurate execution of pricing strategies in a fast‑paced business environment.

• Support trade pricing execution, customer pricing maintenance, and pricing administration activities
• Manage updates to customer/account pricing, price lists, and pricing tools
• Support promotional pricing, rebates, and trade spend activities
• Investigate and resolve pricing discrepancies and pricing‑related issues across teams
• Provide pricing insights and recommendations to support sales and commercial decision‑making
• Support margin optimization and revenue impact analysis
• Maintain pricing reports, dashboards, and Excel‑based tools to support pricing accuracy and business decisions
• Partner with Sales, Commercial, Finance, and cross‑functional teams to ensure effective pricing execution and governance

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• 1‑3 years of experience in pricing operations, commercial pricing, trade pricing, revenue management, or related pricing roles
• Hands‑on experience with customer pricing, promotions, rebates, price lists, pricing tools, or pricing governance
• Experience supporting pricing processes, commercial initiatives, or revenue optimization activities
• Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting pricing data and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI or pricing tools is an asset
