Position: Group Controller for Mianco Group Inc.
Location: Whitchurch-Stouffville

As a CPA, you'll lead the accounting and financial operations for Mianco Group and its subsidiaries across Southern Ontario. Your expertise will drive financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and the development of systems for a rapidly growing organization. Collaborate with ownership to support strategic decision-making and enhance financial practices across diverse sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day finance and accounting functions

• Prepare and present financial reporting packages

• Analyze budgets, forecasts, and financial performance

• Manage cash flow forecasting and working capital

• Oversee construction project accounting and profitability

Requirements:

• CPA designation is required

• Minimum 7 years in accounting and finance roles

• At least 3 years as a Controller or similar

• Strong construction industry experience

• Background in multi-entity financial operations
