As part of the Canada Finance Leadership team, you will partner with stakeholders including the Head of Brand Growth and VP of Sales. This position focuses on Trade Fund Management, forecasting, investment optimization, and identifying business opportunities. You'll also mentor Senior Financial Analysts while ensuring compliance with Kenvue policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide financial leadership and business analysis for decision-making

• Develop annual plans and forecasts collaboratively with stakeholders

• Manage month-end close processes and financial submissions

• Lead strategic planning initiatives as required

• Foster the development of Senior Financial Analysts through mentorship

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, preferred designation

• Over 5 years of finance and accounting experience

• Solid knowledge of consumer packaged goods and compliance

• Strong Excel and SAP S/4 proficiency

• Ability to influence senior-level business decisions
