Default Resolution Manager for Automotive Finance

Join SCI Lease Corp as the Default Resolution Manager, where your leadership will drive effective resolution of past-due accounts. This is a critical role ensuring customer-focused collection and recovery strategies.

In this role, you'll lead and develop two distinct teams, focusing on both Insurance Default Management and Collections & Recovery. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of default processes, fostering a customer-centric environment while maintaining compliance and performance standards. Your strategic initiatives will contribute directly to the organization’s operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coach and develop two specialized teams for successful outcomes

• Manage workflows from early delinquency stages to final resolution

• Review escalated issues and advise on complex accounts

• Apply best practices for recovery and insurance processes

• Improve team engagement and operational efficiencies

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of managerial experience

• 5+ years in collections and recovery practices

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience

• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel

• French/English bilingual preferred
