Job Description
This role serves as the first point of contact for financial center clients, uncovering personal banking needs for both individuals and small business clients. The position offers appropriate solutions, upgrades client relationships through platform services, supports transactional activities, and provides exceptional client care. It requires proactively connecting with clients via outbound calls and maintaining consistent follow‑up routines.
Responsibilities- Partner with teams to provide financial center clients with consumer and small business solutions, services, and strategies while uncovering personal banking needs and navigating unique life priorities.
- Assist, educate, and train clients on conducting simple transactions through self‑service technologies.
- Leverage available resources, technologies, and processes to optimize the client experience and deliver operational excellence and accuracy.
- Adhere to established processes, laws, and guidelines in day‑to‑day activities such as opening accounts, account maintenance, and Digital Assisted Shopping.
- Manage client interactions by taking the best course of action for the bank and its clients while abiding by all regulatory requirements.
- Minimum one year of demonstrated sales experience in a relationship‑oriented and client‑centric environment; alternatively, prior role as Relationship Manager (RM), Advisor Development Program (ADP) RM, Credit Solutions Advisor (CSA I), or Relationship Manager Business Owner Specialist (RMBOS) at Bank of America for a minimum of six months.

- Displays passion, commitment, and drive to deliver an experience that improves clients’ financial lives.
- Confident in identifying solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable engaging all clients (in‑person and by phone) and communicating effectively.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new information, technology platforms, handle ambiguity, and adjust to changing circumstances.
- Applies strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills to meet clients’ needs.
- Demonstrates effective time management and the ability to organize, prioritize, and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Commissioned notary or able to obtain a notary commission in the state of work within a few months of start date.
- Flexible to work weekends and/or extended hours as needed.
- Associate’s degree or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
- Experience in a financial center where goals were met or exceeded.
- Experience in a sales environment with individual and/or team goals routinely met or exceeded.
- Experience with financial information, spreadsheets, and financial skills.
- Knowledge of banking products and services.
- Strong computer skills, including MS applications and experience utilizing laptop technology.

Pay & BenefitsHourly pay range: $25.97 – $31.75, determined by experience, education, and skill set. Formulaic incentive plan eligible.
