Position: Contract Funding Specialist Bilingual
Join Toyota Financial Services as a Bilingual Contract Funding Specialist in Markham, Ontario. This role focuses on verifying contracts and maintaining dealership relationships while providing exceptional support.

As a 12-month contract specialist, you will report to the Supervisor of Contract Funding. Your responsibilities include matching contracts in our system, reviewing credit applications for accuracy, and verifying contract rates. Strong organizational skills and bilingual communication are essential for supporting dealerships and resolving funding issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Match contracts to the internal system and verify terms

• Review contracts and applications for accuracy and completeness

• Verify contract rates according to rate letters

• Enter data accurately to complete contracts

• Respond to phone calls and emails from dealerships

Requirements:

• 2+ years in banking, finance, or auto industries preferred

• High School Diploma; post-secondary education an asset

• Strong computer skills and attention to detail

• Excellent bilingual communication in English and French

• Strong organizational skills for multitasking
