The GTA office of BDO is searching for a Senior Manager in the Canadian Tax practice. This role includes evaluating business processes, identifying tax opportunities, and providing leadership on domestic tax assignments. You'll play a key role in advising clients, reviewing tax returns, and ensuring the quality of work while fostering positive relationships with team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate client business processes for tax compliance

• Lead project management for Domestic Tax initiatives

• Create proactive strategies for tax opportunities

• Build relationships and support client engagements

• Mentor staff and promote growth within the team

Requirements:

• CPA designation and In-Depth Tax Program or Master's in Tax

• At least seven years in public accounting, focusing on tax

• Deep understanding of tax legislation and planning

• Team-oriented with strong analytical skills

• Demonstrated client service and quality focus
