Position: Finance Leadership Role on Contract
Elevate your finance career as the Manager of Finance with The Mason Group on a 24-month contract. Focus on leading a team and enhancing financial operations.

In this pivotal role, you will oversee the month-end closing and financial reporting for the corporate office. This includes coaching a team and managing the budgeting and forecasting processes. You’ll also coordinate global audits and ensure compliance with regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee corporate financial month-end closing processes

• Mentor a finance team of three specialists

• Lead comprehensive budgeting and forecasting initiatives

• Manage global audit processes in cooperation with auditors

• Provide essential financial insights to guide business strategies

Requirements:

• Big 4 audit background is strongly preferred

• Dual experience in public accounting and industry is ideal

• Experience with SAP or One Stream is a plus

• Strong analytical and leadership capabilities are essential

• Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork
