Manager of Financial Planning at Canadian Telecom

In this pivotal role, reporting to the Director of FP&A, you will lead financial planning and forecasting specifically for the Network and IT sectors. Collaborate closely with business leaders to drive investment decisions, manage financial models, and perform variance analysis while guiding a motivated FP&A team to enhance reporting and planning processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead OPEX/CAPEX budgeting and financial planning for Network and IT

• Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models and forecasts

• Prepare monthly financial reports and variance analyses for leadership

• Reconcile budgets, forecasts, and actuals for data accuracy

• Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate business cases and investments

Requirements:

• CPA certification required

• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field

• 3-5+ years of FP&A or corporate finance experience

• Familiarity with CAPEX-intensive and technology environments

• Strong Excel and SAP skills preferred
