As a Senior Financial Analyst reporting to the Capital Manager, you will oversee the full cycle of capital accounting activities. This includes ensuring that project budgets align with capital plans and managing detailed analysis of monthly variances. Your expertise will guide business partners in Asset Management and Development while supporting effective financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a capital process subject matter expert

• Develop capital budgets and forecast updates

• Analyze monthly variances to budgets and forecasts

• Manage full accounting cycle for capital projects

• Prepare materials for internal and board reporting

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business

• 3+ years of relevant experience in finance/accounting

• CPA designation or equivalent required

• Strong Excel skills for data analysis

• Comfortable with ERP system experience
