Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coach a team of underwriters

• Review and guide loan narratives prior to submission

• Ensure quality and consistency in credit narratives

• Liaise between Credit Risk, Operations, and sales teams

• Support skill development in credit culture and policies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field

• Minimum five years in commercial lending

• Expertise in credit underwriting and risk mitigation

• Strong communication skills in both English and French

• Experience mentoring team members
