Manager of Financial Planning at Stelumar

Lead strategic financial planning and analysis at Stelumar Advanced Manufacturing Inc. in Etobicoke & Mississauga, Ontario. The Manager, FP&A will develop financial models and drive insights for impactful decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop driver-based financial models and forecasts

• Prepare annual budgets with clear assumptions

• Conduct cost variance analysis for performance reviews

• Support ERP implementation and reporting requirements

• Collaborate with teams for accurate financial results

Requirements:

• University Degree in Finance or Accounting

• 5+ years of FP&A experience in complex environments

• Expertise in financial modeling and cash flows

• Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills

• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
