Senior Finance Leader at Kenvue

Drive strategic financial decisions as a Senior Finance Leader k in a hybrid model in Markham, Ontario, and impact beloved brands.

This role on Canada’s Finance Leadership team requires collaboration with various stakeholders, including the Head of Brand Growth and VP of Sales. You will be responsible for developing strategic plans, performing extensive financial analyses, and leading Senior Financial Analysts. Your expertise will help enhance financial acumen across teams and ensure strict adherence to policies and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders for business recommendations

• Lead annual planning and forecasting processes

• Manage financial close processes and reporting

• Contribute to enterprise-wide strategic initiatives

• Support team members with performance inputs and feedback

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting required

• Minimum 5 years in finance roles

• CPA or equivalent designation preferred

• Strong Excel and SAP S/4 skills required

• Proven ability to communicate and resolve issues
